Each year, a doctoral-level student in the social sciences or related field will be named the Paul Simon Graduate Research Fellow, providing a half-time graduate assistantship while working towards completing his or her dissertation. The position is renewable so long as the student is enrolled in the SIUC Graduate School.

Details: The student will be hired as a half-time graduate research assistant at the pay rate and associated benefits—including a tuition waiver— set by the Graduate School.
